I slept very well. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The complex is large with decent water slides for all levels. The food choices are many, a great plus! I loved the fresh bread, baked beautifully and available every day. A real treat.

I noticed the alcohol was standard, with no premium brands available to buy.

i really enjoyed the hotel atmosphere. the staff were so kind, and mr omar helped. the pool always had sunbeds open, so that's awesome. my room stayed very clean, and i liked all the little treats they left.

some glasses were not cleaned properly, it was worrying.

fantastic ambassadorattentive staff

i had a swim up room. it was prefect for me. the room was cleaned every day, i thought mahmoud was a fantastic ambassador for the hotel. siayhed kailied and mahmoud from the rose restaurant were very attentive from the minute i arrived.

The food was a bit dubious with mashed potatoes on offer at breakfast time. the drinks were a bit hit and miss. I could get a vodka and diet coke for my first drink, but the next was undrinkable.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Amenities

I really enjoyed our stay. It lasted 6 nights. The availability of multiple pools was a highlight. There was always space! The restaurants offered varied cuisine options, perfect for different tastes. I found the beach access very convenient with comfortable sunbeds. The evening entertainment was engaging, with live shows and music.

I faced some difficulty with the air conditioning in the room. It was not cooling effectively. This. I hope they improve this aspect .
